Frequently Asked Questions

Q: My family is going away for a week is there anything I should do?

A: Yes, please be sure to let your child's teacher know.
There is a form in the office that needs to be filled out.  The administration likes  to be aware of any prolonged absences so that we can teach your child as best we can.  We can also provide work for your child to do while away.

Q:
My child is "starving" when he gets in the car in the afternoons.  Do you give them snack?

A:
We have snack in the morning.  If your child is hungry in the afternoon and has another snack to eat, we will happy to have a second snack in the afternoon (schedule permitting).

Q:
I would like to bring a snack for my child's class.  Is there anything I should do?

A:
Yes, please be sure to talk to your child's teacher ahead of time.  We are trying to maintain a healthy eating environment.  While we realized that donuts and cupcakes are great treats, we like to keep the sweets to a minimum.  If you would like to bring something in, just check with the teacher to be sure that there are no other snacks being provided that day.
